Booking Policy

We kindly ask you to review our policy prior to booking services!

  • Confirmation - All customers will receive a confirmation via, text, phone call or email at least 48 hours before service. If no response is received at least 24hrs before service appt may be cancelled or rescheduled .

  • Cancellation -If you need to cancel your appointment, kindly inform us at least 48 hours in advance. In the case you cancel two consecutive times we will request you pay the full price of service in advance.

  • Refunds -We provide a 100% satisfaction guarantee and do not offer refunds. In case you are not satisfied with services, we will return within 48 hours to fix any issues.

  • We cannot take responsibility for children under 18 or individuals with severe health issues or disabilities if left unattended.

  • Paymets -Payments are due the day of services no exceptions!
